VBR Fitness can provide bespoke training plans for all your fitness needs.  Our P.T. sessions are tailored to your individual goals with an emphasis on fun and variety.  We provide one-off training appointments as well as 8, 12 & 16 week training programmes to help you achieve your fitness or weight loss targets.  Our fully qualified P.T. can also advice on nutrition for fitness.
